FORCEDFED EXIGE S POWER PACKAGE

ForcedFed is proud to release our power package for the Lotus ExigeS.

The package consists of a EFI technologies stand alone ecu, 550cc injectors, boost upgrade pulley and correct serpentine belt.

This package was designed to safely raise the horsepower and torque levels of the Exige S and provide ultimate flexability for properly tuning the vehicle with future upgrades.

*Fully programmable Ecu system and mil spec adapter harness that allows for simple reversion back to stock.

*Systems are supplied with base maps and tuning software to allow your vehicle to be programmed in any location by your choice of tuner.

*550cc fuel injectors to allow safe air fuel levels to be maintained with the increased boost levels

*Upgraded supercharger pulley which raises boost to 8-10psi depending on exhaust system upgrades

*Dyno proven increases of 45 wheel horsepower and 35 ft lbs of torque on pump fuel.

 

Basic breakdown of our system v. the stock system

EFI Technology has a long history in professional Motorsport. The owner of EFI was the software developer for engine management systems for Cosworth Formula 1. This expertise coupled with the experience of DRS and Forcedfed far outweighs anything that these new re-flash tuners will have to offer. Their only counter is the lesser price.

* High resolution mapping with 800 load sites for fuel / 800 load sites for spark v. A fixed manipulated stock calibration
* Includes powerful intuitive software used by many teams and engineers in professional racing v. No ability to tune yourself
* Closed-Loop Boost control (per gear and custom curves by user) v. No Internal Boost control
* Closed-Loop Lambda control with user definable parameters v. Stock ECU trimming of fuel at best
* Optional Wideband Lambda control v. Narrowband Lambda ONLY
* Complete VV T i Control of cam timing and lift w/ load and RPM inputs v. Only cam lift engagement (commonly referred to as the “Switch Over”)
* Injection Phase Control (offers more tuning control for different cam profiles) w/ Load and RPM v. No phase control at all
* Corrections for fuel and spark based off of Baro pressure, temps, pressures, load, throttle and accel rates all custom defined by user for any upgrades done to the engine v. No end user tuning of any parameters
* Ability to define load input for a highly flexible system v. Must use Mass-Air-Flow which is inherently limited to calibration
* EFI system can also serve as a Data Analysis tool for drivers on the track or logging engine parameters v. No data acquisition
* Engine protection that will enable user defined rev limit if temps are too high or low pressures v. No engine protection
* Expert support from DRS and Forcedfed for tuning your system v. You run what you get from the other guys

Ability to select between 2 Maps in real-time v. Single map from re-flash tuner

* AND HERE IS PROBABLY THE MOST CONVENIENT FEATURE FOR MOST PEOPLE
* Ability to easily switch back to the stock ECU 100% with a simple reconnection of two connectors v. A re-flash to stock settings that requires shipping your ECU and disabling your car.
